Ham Rice Salad
2 cups cooked long grain rice, chilled
1 cup mayonnaise
2 stalks green onions, chopped
½ tsp ketchup
2 cups ham, cut in cubes
1 can green peas
1 can corn
2 tomatoes, chopped in cubes
1. Add ham, peas, corn, tomatoes, and green onions to rice. Mix gently.
2. Combine mayonnaise and ketchup. Add combination to rice. Mix thoroughly.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
. Store in refrigerator and serve chilled.
