Black Glutinous Rice with Coconut Milk
200g black glutinous rice
850 ml water
100g brown sugar
Thick coconut milk to serve
1. Clean rice. Soak it overnight.
2. Drain rice. Pour it into a large pot.
3. Add water and boil until rice grains split.
4. Add sugar. Stir constantly until sugar is dissolved.
5. To serve, pour 2 ladlefuls of glutinous rice in a bowl. Pour 2 tbsps of thick coconut milk on top.
