Vanilla Rice Pudding
100g short grain rice
1L milk
4 tbsp sugar
Scraped contents of 1 vanilla bean
30g unsalted butter
1. Mix rice with milk, sugar, vanilla and butter
2. Put mixture into an ovenproof dish
3. Cook for about 30 minutes at 150 °C
4. Stir the rice and cook for another 1 and half hour or until the pudding has become thick
5. Serve hot
