Chinese Fried Rice
2 cups cooked long-grain rice
150g peas
100g peeled prawns
6 spring onions, chopped in length of 1 cm approximately
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
3 tbsp oil
Salt and black pepper for seasoning
1. Heat oil in a wok over high heat
2. Add in rice and stir fry
3. Add in prawns and stir fry for about 1 minute
4. Add in rest of ingredients
5. Season with salt and pepper
6. Serve hot
