Rice Recipes - Fried Rice
Fish Fried Rice
250g boneless fish, in cubes
2 tbsps peanut oil
1 yellow onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 stalks celery, finely sliced
2 tbsps light soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taskte
1 cup cooked and cold rice
1. Heat peanut oil in a wok over medium heat.
2. Sauté garlic and onion until aromatic.
3. Add fish. Stir for 1 minute.
4. Add soy sauce, celery, salt and pepper.
5. Mix occasionally until fish is cooked.
6. Add rice. Mix well.
7. Serve warm.
