2 cups uncooked Japanese sticky rice
2 cups water
1/3 cup rice vinegar
¼ cup sugar
2/3 tsp salt
1. Wash rice thoroughly.
2. Cook rice and water in a rice cooker.
3. Cook rice vinegar, sugar and salt over medium heat in a small saucepan. Allow for sugar to dissolve. Set aside and let it cool.
4. Put rice in a large bowl. Stir in vinegar mixture.
