Classic Thai Rice Noodles
100g rice vermicelli noodles, soaked for 10 minutes and drained
10 big shrimps
1 cup bean sprouts
1 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsps brown sugar
2 tbsps fish sauce
2 tbsps vegetable oil
2 beaten eggs
1. Heat oil in a large wok over medium heat.
2. Stir in garlic until aromatic.
3. Stir in shrimps until cooked.
4. Stir in noodles for 1 minute.
5. Add bean sprouts. Mix thoroughly.
6. Add eggs and stir in constantly to ensure that eggs are well spread.
7. Add fish sauce and sugar. Stir for another 2 minutes then remove from heat.
