Rice Noodle (Koey Teow) with Pork and Broccoli
350g fresh rice noodles (Koey Teow)
200g pork, thinly sliced
200g broccolis, roughly chopped
2 tbsps dark sweeten soya sauce
2 tbsps light soya sauce
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
2 tbsps cooking oil
1. Heat oil over medium heat in a large wok.
2. Stir in garlic until aromatic. Add pork, broccolis, 1 tbsp dark sweeten soya and 1 tbsp light soya sauce.
3. Stir occasionally until pork is cooked.
4. Add rice noodles and the remaining sauces.
5. Stir in beef and kay lan until cooked.
6. Stir in garlic and chilies until fragrant.
7. Stir in eggs.
8. Stir in rice noodles, fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper and salt.
9. Mix well. Continue stirring for another 2 minutes.
10. Serve hot.
