Chicken Rice with Green Pepper and Celery
1½ cup uncooked rice
2 chicken breasts, skin removed and thickly sliced
½ green bell pepper, cored, seeded and chopped
2 celery branches, chopped
3 cups chicken broth
1. Mix rice, celery and pepper in a large bowl.
2. Pour the rice mixture in a buttered heavy bottom saucepan.
3. Place chicken slices on top of rice then pour chicken broth on top.
4. Bake in oven for 1 hour at 180˚C.
