Ham and Corn Rice Loaf
1 cup cooked long grain rice
1 cup gruyere cheese
1 large can corn kernels, drained
150g thinly sliced ham, chopped
½ cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs, lightly beaten
Salt and pepper
1. Preheat oven at 180˚C.
2. Grease and line a loaf pan.
3. Combine rice, cheese, corn, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
4. Pour half of bowl in loaf pan. Press it gently.
5. Top with ham.
6. Pour remaining of rice mixture and press gently once again.
7. Baked for 30-40 minutes.
8. Serve with a light salad.
