Fish Porridge
350g uncooked white rice
450 ml water
2 tbsps cooking oil
3cmx3cm young ginger, thinly sliced
450g garoupa fillet, sliced
1 spring onion, chopped
Few drops sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Bring to a boil, rice and water in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add in cooking oil and simmer until rice grains have broken down.
3. Stir in ginger and fish. Coo for another 2 minutes.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Serve hot with sesame oil and chopped spring onion.
