Vegetarian Fried Rice
½ broccoli, chopped
1/3 cauliflower, chopped
1 carrot, sliced
100g French beans, sliced 3 cm lengthways
1 yellow medium onion, chopped
2 greens onions
2 cups white cooked rice
2 tbsps light soy sauce
2 tbsps vegetable oil
1. Heat oil over medium heat in a large wok.
2. Add onion. Stir until aromatic.
3. Add broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, French beans and greens onions.
4. Stir and let it cook until vegetables are soft.
5. Add rice and soy sauce. Mix thoroughly.
6. Serve hot.
