Ginger Rice
1 cup long grain rice
2 tbsps ghee or unsalted butter
1 ½ cup vegetable broth
2cm ginger, peeled and minced
Salt as desired
1. Melt ghee in a saucepan over low heat.
2. Stir in ginger, rice, vegetable broth and salt and bring to a boil.
3. Cover and allow to cook for another 15 minutes or until water is absorbed.
4. Serve hot.
